1. General provisions
1.1. This Policy explains what personal data platinum.od.ua collects, why it is processed and how it is protected.
1.2. The data controller is sole proprietor Tetiana M. Kucherova (individual tax number 3284405503), 44 Hretska St., office 101, Odesa, Ukraine, e-mail: info@platinum.od.ua.
1.3. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.
2. Data we collect
- Data you provide yourself: name, phone number, e-mail address and the content of your message — when you fill in the contact form, request a call back or write to us.
- Documents and materials you submit for translation.
- Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, referral source, pages viewed — via cookies and web analytics tools.
3. Purposes of processing
- contacting you about your order, quoting prices and turnaround times;
- providing translation and related services;
- meeting statutory accounting and tax record-keeping requirements;
- improving the website and the quality of our service.
4. Legal basis
Consent of the data subject, given by voluntarily completing a form on the website or contacting us, and the necessity of performing a contract to which the data subject is a party.
5. Disclosure to third parties
5.1. We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes.
5.2. Data may be shared only to the extent required to fulfil your order — with translators, a notary or a courier service — and with public authorities in cases expressly provided for by law.
5.3. The website uses analytics and advertising services (including Google Analytics and Google Ads), which may process anonymised technical data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
