<\/span>1. General provisions<\/span><\/h2>\n

1.1. This document is an official public offer by sole proprietor Tetiana M. Kucherova (individual tax number 3284405503), hereinafter the \u201cProvider\u201d, to enter into an agreement for translation services on the terms set out below.<\/p>\n

1.2. The offer is addressed to an unlimited number of individuals and legal entities, hereinafter the \u201cClient\u201d.<\/p>\n

1.3. Full and unconditional acceptance of this offer is placing an order via the form on platinum.od.ua, by phone, by e-mail or in person at the Provider\u2019s office, as well as payment for the services.<\/p>\n

1.4. The agreement is deemed concluded from the moment of acceptance and does not require a signed paper contract.<\/p>\n

<\/span>2. Subject of the agreement<\/span><\/h2>\n

2.1. The Provider renders the following services:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • written translation of documents and texts;<\/li>\n
  • consecutive and simultaneous interpreting;<\/li>\n
  • notarial certification of the translator\u2019s signature;<\/li>\n
  • administrative assistance with obtaining an apostille and consular legalisation;<\/li>\n
  • translation of archival certificates, extracts and civil registry (RATSS) documents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2.2. The Provider is a private business. The Provider is not a government body<\/strong>, is not part of the system of state authorities, and has no power to issue official documents, affix an apostille or perform consular legalisation. Those actions are carried out exclusively by the authorised bodies of Ukraine. The Provider supplies translation services and administrative assistance only.<\/p>\n

    <\/span>3. Fees and payment<\/span><\/h2>\n

    3.1. The fee is determined individually depending on the language pair, volume, subject matter and turnaround time, and is communicated to the Client before work begins.<\/p>\n

    3.2. The Provider\u2019s fees do not include state duties, notary tariffs or consular charges<\/strong>. Such payments are made separately at the official rates of the relevant authorities.<\/p>\n

    3.3. Payment is made in cash, by bank transfer or by another agreed method. The Provider may require prepayment.<\/p>\n

    <\/span>4. Deadlines and performance<\/span><\/h2>\n

    4.1. The deadline is agreed by the parties when the order is placed.<\/p>\n

    4.2. Deadlines that depend on third parties (notary, ministries, archives, consular institutions) are not guaranteed by the Provider and are governed by the internal rules of those institutions.<\/p>\n

    4.3. The Client undertakes to supply legible materials and to specify the correct spelling of proper names and dates. The Provider is not liable for consequences arising from incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by the Client.<\/p>\n

    <\/span>5. Acceptance and complaints<\/span><\/h2>\n

    5.1. Completed materials are handed over at the office, sent by e-mail or delivered by courier.<\/p>\n

    5.2. The Client may submit a substantiated complaint about translation quality within 3 (three) business days of receipt.<\/p>\n

    5.3. Where a complaint is substantiated, the Provider remedies the defects free of charge within a reasonable time.<\/p>\n

    5.4. Stylistic preferences, and objections to renderings of proper names that were not agreed by the Client in advance, are not grounds for a refund.<\/p>\n

    <\/span>6. Liability<\/span><\/h2>\n

    6.1. The Provider is liable for the quality of the translation up to the value of the service rendered.<\/p>\n

    6.2. The Provider is not liable for decisions of government bodies, institutions or officials to accept or reject documents.<\/p>\n

    6.3. The parties are released from liability in the event of force majeure.<\/p>\n

    <\/span>7. Confidentiality<\/span><\/h2>\n

    7.1. The Provider undertakes not to disclose the content of the Client\u2019s documents and not to transfer them to third parties, except where necessary to complete the order (translator, notary) or where required by law.<\/p>\n

    7.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n

    <\/span>8. Term and amendments<\/span><\/h2>\n

    8.1. The offer is valid from the moment of publication on the website until it is withdrawn.<\/p>\n

    8.2. The Provider may amend the terms of the offer. Amendments take effect upon publication on the website. Orders already accepted are governed by the terms in force at the time of acceptance.<\/p>\n
